Reflection and Project Information:
As Second Assistant Director on 1-800-HEHEALS, I played a pivotal role in supporting the First Assistant Director to ensure the production ran efficiently and effectively. I collaborated closely with department heads to maintain a streamlined workflow while fostering an inclusive environment on set, balancing the demands of a fast-paced shooting schedule with the creative needs of the project. My responsibilities required careful planning, clear communication, and adaptability to meet the logistical challenges of a professional film set.
In addition to coordinating day-to-day crew and cast operations, I oversaw complex sequences, including car-rig stunts, ensuring safety, timing, and precision in execution. This experience strengthened my ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously, anticipate potential challenges, and contribute to a collaborative team environment under high-pressure conditions.
